Have anyone faced this problem before??

You have tonnes of great ideas and you are assigning those ideas to be put in action to your colleagues/friends/family/employee etc. But the dexterity in accomplishing the jobs are always a let down :). Probably the anxious in waiting your idea to become successful is making the wait intolerable..........

Final advise, do not think of a job can be dealt easily until it is complete... you will always get stunned by how complicate the job is :)

Okay, lately im stick watching Grey Anatomy, so this is one of the quotes in the many series of it. Been having lots of problems in my job lately, partners quitting, new members joining, project stranded, clients yelling, parents mumblings etc etc. Just when you are getting pissed to the max by this problems, faith comes, problems slowly dissolved. :)

Partners Quit --- New partners volunteered to join in.
Project Stranded --- New members join in and help to push the project.
Clients rejecting proposal --- Accepted the proposal after a few more talks.
Parents mumbling --- Yam a few time Cha (Have a drink together in Cantonese), problem solved.

Watching Grey Anatomy, the narrator was setting bound, drawing lines on what she will do or will not do in her life. In the end, these lines/boundaries limited her abilities, limiting herself to accept new friendship, being alone to handle problems, troubles. Leech in KangKung!!

I received this forwarded email from my aunt, after reading it... i think my love towards kangkung takes a dive....

So guys and girls, do MAKE SURE the kangkung is CUT into small pieces then FRIED/BOILED at high temperature before you consume it. Who knows what insect is breeding in them :S:S

This is the email i received ..

Dear All,

I would like to confirm that the message below is true as one of my niece's
girl friend died because her stomach was filled with leeches when the doctor
operated her stomach. Unfortunately due to too many leeches, the doctor
could not save her and she died.

According to my niece, this young girl was only about 23 - 25 yrs old and
she liked to eat the Kang Kong with sotong (cuttlefish) at hawker stalls.
The doctor said that the leeches were in the stem of the kang kong and
started to multiplied in her stomach. She started with stomach ache and
diarrhoea symptom too.

I supposed we can still eat this veg provided we buy those grew on the
ground with roots. Those kang kong grows on the water are those have higher chance for the leech to enter the stem the moment the farmer harvest the plant and cut the stem for sale. The leech is only accessable to those stems with openings. Another suggestion is we should not drink any cold drink or better not to drink any water after consuming the veg so that our stomach acid might be strong enough to kill it.

Speedy Gonzales

Some of us continue to play on and off for couple years until the year 2008 when chairboy this fellow started to recruit us back to the game.When we are so into the game, this fellow left us ...... lol ...

Even though, we play on and are now in a kingdom mostly consist of wtf Malaysians and Singaporeans. Do COME CHALLENGE US !

Dark Thoughts
Smokin ~ Im ok with a person smoking but NEVER... NEVER smoke in public places especially restaurants and kopitiam. Imagine while you are trying to enjoy your food, smelling the fragrance of your fried rice when a flock of choking dark clouds breezed through it..... LOL. Probably the first thing to pop up from your mind will be "$()@*#$(@*$" .

About the disgusting pictures on the box, i doubt any smokers will give a damn about it :D. If someone wants to smoke, he/she will still continue to smoke with or without the pictures.

香港文化人梁文道是有煙癮的人。和他一起在各地演講、吃飯、聊天，忽地，人不見蹤影；探頭四尋，原來，他人在外頭抽煙解癮了。

文道近年潛心於佛教，清心寡慾，連酒也不沾了；但是，對於煙這東西，卻還是挺執著的。

問他原因，他說，這和一般人以為的“尋找靈感”並無關係；只是，一口煙吸進去，有助於提高集中力，也有一種“存在感”。（此種能力不適用於一般人，小朋友千

萬別仿傚。）儘管抽煙變得很不方便，他身邊也有不少朋友因此戒煙，但是，文道堅持“人有不抽煙的自由，也有抽煙的自由”；抽煙信念毫不動搖。

只是，他感慨抽煙人士愈來愈受歧視，各種反煙運動和反煙廣告，把吸煙者描繪成殺人兇手和道德犯錯。

煙民被驅逐到戶外，處境堪憐，而即使被逼到路邊抽煙，路人還是投以鄙視的眼神，避之惟恐不及。

最終，煙民要吸煙，可能只有躲到黑巷角落裡，就好像吸毒的道友一般。

為了避免進一步傷害文道的感受，我儘量避免讓他看到大馬的香煙盒子。幸好，他抽的是自己捲的煙，所以，沒有因為香煙而影響他的演講表現。

禁煙措施，其實還是有爭論。站在自由主義觀點，這是限制個人的選擇和自由。

尤其，很多吸煙者是勞動階層，他們生活最大調劑是抽口煙，未來他們可享受的生活空間會愈來愈少。

然而，反吸煙運動肯定是世界主流，基於個人健康，以及政府的保健成本，今後畢然還是反煙當道。

不久前，美國一名有47年吸煙習慣的美國老婦人，因肺癌死亡，他的女兒入稟法院要求香煙公司賠償。陪審團週一以9票對3票裁定她勝訴，並下令煙草公司需要付出1380萬美元（馬幣約5000萬令吉）。

或許，未來不但人們不敢吸煙，連香煙公司也不敢賣煙了。

A comedy ghost story to make you scared till laugh and vice versa .... The movie is divided into three , 1) roadside ghost 2) jungle ghost 3) home ghost. To fully enjoy the funny jokes in the movie, please... understand hokkien and mandarin :D

1) Roadside Ghost
A story about a man that con his way to wealth and then ...
- Hmm, the starting of the story is funny but a very bad ending :P , potong steam style.

2) Jungle Ghost
Two army buddies joke their way through forest and get themselves into great trouble.
- The humour conversation between the two buddies are so familiar to me as those are the "cock" talks in our daily conversation. But the ending sucks as well :P, potong steam !

3) Home Ghost
Mama ghost visit three brothers :D
- This story is the climax of the movie... In the cinema, i can see the audiences laugh till scream or scream till laugh.. LOL. Unexpected appearance of mama ghost and its funny expression really ticks us. The ending is better than the other two so we wont have a feeling that something is missing after the movie, kudos !

District 9

Boring Friday night.... Do not want to meet 周公 yet so simply pick a bedtime movie --- District 9

Alien mothership lands on earth 20 years ago.. The kepochi humans broke in the ship and discovered the aliens

2.5million of hungry and "harmless" aliens found on the spaceship... Out of kepochi again, humans set up district 9 to allocate all the aliens. Monument of peace between humans and aliens are set.

After years of the relocation, social problems occurred. Humans started to get impatient with the huge budget spent on maintaining District 9 and the problems caused by the aliens. Now... Humans hate aliens... Aliens afraid of humans... Humans named alien as "Big Prawn"...

Well, if there are alien haters, there will be alien lovers ... = ="

Then the humans decided to move all the alien to district 10, a new camp site designed to quarantine all of the aliens there.

So what happen? Let me give some hints... Problems and conflicts rise to its maximum. Fights, bombings etc. Humans vs Aliens vs Half humans/aliens. Ending with 2 aliens taking off to their planets and will be back in 3 years. For revenge? To save their own being?

Try to take time to yourself and contemplate your life and choices. Follow your own style. The common thing a lot of people do is copy other's actions because it seems like the better route to fit in, but really, shouldn't you stand out? Standing out yes, is very hard, but you need to try avoid assuming other people's perspectives of you. Maybe you like to sit outside on the deck under a umbrella in the middle of the rain, maybe you have different ideas of things, rather than other people, maybe you like strawberry cake instead of the common chocolate cake, whatever you are, accept it. Being different is absolutely beautiful and it attracts people to you.

Approximately around 8pm .... tmnet port OUTRAGE(Term provided by TM customer service) ..... 16k users including the great DP lost connection to internet......

Activities without internet
- Mum snatch my computer to play her Mahjong Titans .... since she cant ppstream
- DP take a nap on the couch .... since the computer is robbed
- Dad continue his tv program .... unaffected .... not an internet user

Approximately around 11pm .... TNB circuit OUTRAGE(Term provided by TNB customer service) .... More than 100 houses including great DP's house lost electric power

Activities without electric
- Mum went to bed .... no more MAHJONG Titans !
- Dad walk around the house .... waving fan.... hot... cannot sleep :D
- DP is busy
- Find candles,matchsticks then play with fire
- Enjoying moonlight
- Snap photo with my phone(Picture below will show how lame is Samsumg Camera in Darkness)
- Listen to song (4 songs and i shut it down, noisy :P)
- Feed mosquito .....
- SMS !!
- Wandering around the house with my dad ==
